Dr. Alexandria Marrs is a board-certified dermatologist from Dallas, TX specializing in comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with summa cum laude honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She then completed her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. During her medical school training, she was selected to be a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, a medical honors society for the top 10% of graduating physicians. 

 

Dr. Marrs went on to complete her dermatology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she received extensive training in complex dermatologic conditions, cutaneous surgery, and aesthetic procedures. Known for her warmth, compassion, and welcoming bedside manner, she is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care that ensures every patient feels heard and valued.

 

Dr. Marrs is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an active member of the Texas Dermatologic Society and Women’s Dermatologic Society.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Dallas food scene, watching reality TV, skiing in Colorado, and spending time with her husband, Trent, and her two beloved english bulldogs, MooMoo and Woofy.
